About Me

I want to build a business that supports my large family through honest work done with my own hands. I also hope to create business opportunities for my children so they can build a better future outside of the rat race.

I have also begun training with the Guild of Professional Knife Sharpeners, continuing to improve my skills and provide the best service possible.

Can I Make Your Knives Sharp?

Whether your knives are brand new and just need a light touch-up, or they are rusted, abused, or chipped, I can often restore them to a factory-like edge — and in many cases, sharper.

I test every knife I sharpen to ensure that it can literally shave hair.

If for some reason you are unhappy with the sharpness of your knife, bring it back, and I will correct it.

Drop-Off Location

The knife drop-off location is at the corner where Yancey Lane meets Vanover Ridge Road.

You can drop off knives securely at any time using the box at the location.

Hours of Operation

You may drop off knives and contact information 24/7 using the secure box. This is a contact-free drop-off system. When your knives are ready, I will text you the pickup code and box number. If you prefer, you may call or text 928-322-9857 to arrange direct handoff service.

• Kitchen Knives – $10 each
• Scissors – $15
• Garden Tools – $10–$20
• Axes / Hatchets – $10
• Lawnmower Blade and Balance – $15
• Machete – $15

Discounts available for larger orders: 10% off for 5 or more knives, and 20% off for 10 or more knives.

How Drop-Off and Pickup Works

Drop-Off

1. Find any unlocked box and open it.
2. You should find an opened master lock inside the box.
3. Roll your knives in a small towel to keep them safe, if possible.
4. Place your knives inside the box.
5. Write your name, phone number, and the number of knives you are dropping off.
6. If no other price has been arranged, the standard rate is $10 per knife. Larger orders qualify for discounts.
7. Use the master lock to secure the box. The padlock will only close when the correct code is entered.
8. If needed, I will leave a note in the box with the code before it is scrambled again.
9. After the box is secured, scramble the code. You do not need to remember it.
10. I will complete your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 3 days.
11. If you have any questions, call or text 928-322-9857.
12. If you prefer to hand me the knives directly, please still wrap them in a towel and call first. Someone is usually home and available to help.

Pickup

13. I will change the code for security and lock your sharpened knives in the box.
14. I will text you the new code and let you know which box contains your knives.
15. Use the new code to open the box.
16. Take your knives.
17. Leave your payment in the box, lock it, and scramble the code again.

Mail-In Sharpening Services

Can't make it to our drop-off location? We now accept mail-in orders from anywhere in the USA! Our sharpening prices remain exactly the same as listed above, and a return shipping cost will be added to your final invoice.

How to Pack and Send Your Knives

1. Wrap your knives and their sharp points tightly with paper or cardboard before packaging them.
2. Pack the wrapped knives securely in a sturdy box. Ensure that the knives are tightly padded and not loosely rattling around inside the package.
